The Site
We are proposing to build around 50 homes made up of both affordable and open market. The site is known as a “Rural Exception Scheme” site under planning policy, which is a category of site that allows for the building of affordable-led housing developments. As we are proposing around 56% of the homes to be affordable lower cost housing for local people, the site classifies as a “Rural Exception Scheme”.
