We have carried out a consultation on our plans for around 50 new homes made up of both affordable and open market on the land to the south of Tyringham Road and to the west of Sunny Corner in Lelant.
The consultation closed at midnight on the 16th February 2025.
We are now reviewing the feedback received in advance of submitting a planning application.
